摘 要:塔里木油田东河1石炭系油藏开展了注天然气混相驱开发试验,油井受效后气液比发生变化,原举升工艺逐渐不适应,为此开展了注气配套举升工艺优化研究。首先对注气受效井的自喷时机进行了分析计算,结果表明,在气液比达到150 m3/m3时,注气受效井可实现自喷。在此基础上对机采井转自喷前的气液比及泵吸入口处含气率工况进行了计算分析,结果表明,在气液比上升及地层压力恢复的双重影响下,泵吸入口处含气率呈现先快速上升、后下降并趋于稳定的趋势,机采井转自喷前需应对的最高含气率范围为50%~60%。针对以上工况,对举升工艺进行了优化,并取得了较好的现场应用效果,满足了注气开发过程中机采井转自喷前的高气液比的生产需求。Miscible gas flooding pilot was carried out in Donghe 1 CⅢ Reservoir, Tarim Oilfield,during which the produced gas-liquid ratio rose and conventional artificial lift technology was unable to satisfy the production needs of high gas-liquid ratio. Therefore, the assorted lift technology is studied. Firstly, using empirical formula and PVT data, a method for calculating gas fraction of pump inlet is set up. The gas injection well can blaw out when the gas-liquid ratio reaches 150 m~3/m~3.On the basis of calculating method, the changing rules of gas fraction in pump inlet is studied. With the dual influence of gas-liquid ratio and pressure, before transferred to flowing well, the gas fraction of pump inlet rises quickly at first, and then gradually declines to a stable value. The artificial lift wells must satisfy the working condition when the gas fraction is as high as 50% ~ 60%. For the above working conditions, the lift technology is optimized from down tools and well head equipment.The improved mechanical technology has obtained good application effects and satisfies the production needs of high gas-liquid ratio.
