摘  要:大洼油田双229块为典型的超深层薄互层状特低渗油藏,具有强水敏、强非均质性的储层特征。采用传统“直井+常规压裂+注水驱替”开发模式,动用储量规模小、产量递减快、注水压力高、生产周期短、经济效益差。针对强水敏深层低渗油藏开发难点,基于体积压裂改造可行性评价,通过优质储层识别、开发方式优选、井型井网井距优化、压裂方式配套,创建了超深层薄互层状特低渗油藏“直井+分层分质体积压裂+注气补能”开发新模式。矿场实践表明,新模式初见成效,单井日产油是同期常规油井的2.5倍左右,大幅度提高了储量动用程度,预测油藏采收率20%以上,实现了低品位新区的有效开发,具有重要的推广价值。Shuang 229 block in Dawa Oilfield is a typical ultra-deep thin interbedded and ultra-low permeability reservoir with strong water sensitivity and strong heterogeneity. The traditional development mode of “ vertical well + conventional fracturing + water injection displacement” has many shortcomings, such as small reserves, rapid production decline, high water injection pressure, short production cycle and poor economic benefits. To solve these development difficulties, based on feasibility evaluation of volume fracturing transformation, a new development mode of ultra-deep thin interbedded and ultra-low permeability reservoir with “ vertical well + layered and fractured volume +gas injection” has been established through the following aspects: identification of high-quality reservoirs, optimization of development methods related to well patterns and spacing, and the matching of fracturing methods. Field practice shows that the new mode has achieved initial success. The daily oil production of a single well is about 2. 5 times of conventional oil wells in the same period, which greatly improves the production degree of reserves, the recovery ratio of reservoirs is predicted to be over 20%, which realizes effective development of low-grade new areas and has important promotion value.
