摘　　要：介绍了LSH-03G多功能克劳斯尾气加氢催化剂在济南炼化的工业应用情况。标定结果表明,标定期间尾气加氢单元运行稳定,急冷水pH值稳定在8.2左右,无SO_(2)穿透现象发生,更换催化剂后H_(2)耗量可降低约50%。加氢反应器内SO_(2)加氢转化率为100%,COS水解率平均值在99%以上,CO变换率在98%以上,LSH-03G多功能克劳斯尾气加氢催化剂的工业应用取得成功。The industrial application of LSH-03G multifunctional Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst in Jinan Refinery is introduced.The calibration results show that during the calibration period,the tail gas hydrogenation unit operates stably,the pH value of quench water is stable at about 8.2,there is no SO_(2)penetration,and the H2 consumption can be reduced by about 50%after the catalyst change.The SO_(2)hydrogenation conversion rate in the hydrogenation reactor is 100%,the average COS hydrolysis rate is above 99%,and the CO conversion rate is above 98%.The industrial application of LSH-03G multifunctional Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst is successful.
