摘　　要：详细介绍了一种防漏渣向上吹风帽的结构设计和布局形式的特点以及应用情况。针对传统外置式侧吹风帽在数百摄氏度高温物料流化的环境中,容易出现由固气双向流导致的结构疲劳性损坏,被高温物料冲刷造成磨损、腐蚀、烧损,喷口积渣漏渣等问题,新型风帽采用多腔体的多级喷口形式,喷口向上,内腔设有积渣缓存空间,本体结构内埋于耐火层中,使风帽经久耐用,且便于对风帽进行维护清理,大大缩短了检修时间,降低了风帽采购成本和停车损失,经济效益显著。由于新型风帽的使用寿命可达10年以上,风帽使用量的大幅减少还会明显降低风帽生产的污染物排放量,具有显著的环保效益。The structural design,layout characteristics and application of an anti-leakage slag upward blowing hood are introduced in detail.In view of the traditional external side blowing hood in the environment of high temperature material fluidization at hundreds of degrees Celsius,it is easy to cause structural fatigue damage caused by solid and gas two-way flow,abrasion,corrosion and burning due to scouring by high-temperature materials,slag accumulation and leakage at the nozzle,and other problems,the new type of hood adopts the multi-cavity multi-stage nozzle form,and the nozzle is upward.The inner cavity is equipped with a slag storage space,and the body structure is embedded in the refractory layer,which makes the hood durable and convenient for maintenance and cleaning of the hood,greatly reducing the overhaul time,reducing the purchase cost of the hood and the loss due to shutdown,and achieving significant economic benefits.Since the service life of the new hood can reach more than 10 years,the substantial reduction in the use of the hood will also significantly reduce the pollutant emissions of the hood production,which has significant environmental benefits.
