摘　　要：介绍了某冶炼企业“侧吹炉+转炉”工艺的铜冶炼环集烟气治理方案,采用“布袋收尘+钠碱法”脱硫处理工艺。针对环集烟气处理系统运行过程中出现的布袋收尘器压差大、布袋糊袋、烟气收集效果不佳和尾气SO_(2)浓度波动大等问题,技术人员采取了相应的解决措施,保证了系统的稳定运行。The copper smelting environmental set smoke treatment scheme of the“side blowing furnace+converter”process in a smelting enterprise are introduced,which adopts the“bag dust collection+sodium alkali process”desulfurization treatment process.In view of the problems such as large pressure difference of bag-type dust collector,bag blocked,poor flue gas collection effect and large fluctuation of SO_(2)concentration in tail gas during the operation of the environmental set smoke treatment system,the technicians have taken corresponding measures to ensure the stable operation of the system.
