摘　　要：本文针对2021年发生的352226X2-2RZ型双列圆锥滚子轴承热轴故障现象,分析了热轴产生的原因;根据内圈与滚子的几何关系推导了内圈大挡边与滚子球基面的接触位置,在考虑轴承各参数公差的情况下,找出了β、φ、D_(W1)、d_(i)参数与接触距离的关系,计算出接触位置变化范围;基于计算结果,选取了不同接触位置对应的参数建立有限元模型,仿真分析了不同接触位置的接触应力,提出了内圈大挡边与滚子球基面的最佳接触位置,为杜绝该故障的发生给出了可行的生产控制措施。Aiming at the hot shaft failure of 352226X2-2RZ double row tapered roller bearing in 2021,this paper analyzes the causes of the hot shaft,and deduces the contact position between the inner ring large rib and the base surface of the roller sphere according to the geometric relationship between the inner ring and the roller.On the basis of integrating the tolerance of bearing parameters,the paper derives the relationship between the parameters and the contact distanceβ、φ、D_(W1)、d_(i),and calculates the range of contact position variation.Based on the calculation results,this paper selects the parameters corresponding to different contact positions to establish the finite element model,simulates and analyzes the contact stress at different contact positions,and puts forward the optimal contact position between the inner ring large rib and the roller sphere base surface,which provides feasible production control measures to prevent the occurrence of the fault.
