薇诺娜屏障特护霜在光动力治疗痤疮后炎性皮损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨薇诺娜屏障特护霜对光动力治疗痤疮后炎症皮损的修复作用。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年2月笔者医院收治的76例痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组采用光动力治疗后外用创福康敷料,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以薇诺娜屏障特护霜涂抹,两组均治疗3周,比较两组治疗效果、炎症反应症状消退时间以及治疗前后面部皮肤屏障功能。结果:观察组治疗有效率89.47%,对照组为86.84%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组红肿、灼热、疼痛、干燥脱屑等炎症反应症状消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后经皮水分丢失量(Transepidermal water loss,TEWL)均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);角质层含水量(The water content of the stratum corneum,WCSC)值均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于光动力治疗痤疮后炎性皮损,在常规应用创福康胶原敷料的基础上外用薇诺娜屏障特护霜治疗可促进患者炎症反应症状的消退,更有利于面部炎性皮损的修复及皮肤屏障功能的改善,疗效确切。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of winona barrier special cream on the posterior inflammation of acne photodynamic therapy.Methods Select 76 patients with acne who were admitted to our hospital’s dermatology department from October 2020 to February 2021,and they were divided into the control group(n=38)and the observation group(n=38)by using random number method.The control group were treated with Chuangfukang patch after photodynamic therapy,and the observation group were treated with winona barrier special cream on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The treatment effect,the time for the inflammatory response to resolve,and the facial skin barrier function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the observation group(89.47%)and the control group(86.84%)(P>0.05).The subsidence time of inflammation symptoms such as redness,burning,pain,dryness and desquamation in the observation group were less than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the transcutaneous water loss(TEWL)of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The stratum corneum water content(WCSC)value increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After photodynamic treatment of acne,the treatment of winona barrier special cream on the basis of routine application of Chuangfukang Patch can promote the resolution of the patient’s inflammatory reaction symptoms,and is more conducive to the improvement of facial skin functional barrier,with definite curative effect.
