温度护理干预在脂肪来源干细胞基质胶面部填充术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨温度护理干预对脂肪来源干细胞基质胶面部填充术效果的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月于西安交通大学第一附属医院接受脂肪来源干细胞基质胶(Stromal vascular fraction-gel,SVF-gel)注射面部脂肪填充术20例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各10例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组实施温度护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组体温比较,差异有统计学意义(F组间=371.431,P组间<0.001);T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)干预组体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组体温均有随时间变化的趋势(F时间=230.426,P时间<0.001);分组与时间有交互效应(F交互=55.439,P交互<0.001)。干预组寒战发生率为10.00%,对照组寒战发生率70.00%,干预组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组热舒适度出PACU时评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者护理满意率为100.00%明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温度护理干预可有效保持SVF-gel移植术中患者体温的恒定,提高患者舒适度和护理满意度,减少了低温和寒颤发生。促进了患者早日康复。Objective To explore the effect of temperature nursing intervention in facial filling with SVF-gel.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,20 patients underwent facial fat filling with SVF-gel injection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University.They were randomly divided into the control group (n=10) and the intervention group (n=10).The control group received routine nursing.The intervention group was given temperature nursing intervention.And the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was significant difference in body temperature between the two groups (Fbetween groups=371.431,Pbetween groups<0.001).The body temperature of T_(1),T_(2),T_(3),T_(4)in the intervention group was higher than those of the control group (P<0.001).There was a trend of temperature change with time in both groups (Ftime=230.426,Ptime<0.001),and there was an interactive effect between grouping and time (Finteraction=55.439,Pinteraction<0.001).The incidence of shivering was 10.00%in the intervention group and 70.00%in the control group,which was significantly lower in the intervention group than in the control group (P<0.05).The score of thermal comfort in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (50.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Temperature nursing intervention can effectively maintain the constant temperature of patients during SVF-gel transplantation,improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction,reduces the occurrence of hypothermia and shivering,promote the early recovery of patients.
