摘　　要：[目的]评价四川省公立医院床位的利用效率,为优化公立医院床位管理提供科学的依据。[方法]采用描述性分析法、床位效率指数模型和床位利用模型评价四川省公立医院床位的利用效率。[结果]2016-2020年,四川省公立医院的床位数增加了53,121张,每千人口床位数增加了0.59张。2020年四川省公立医院每千人口床位数为3.79张,病床周转次数和病床使用率分别为29.79次和86.42%。从床位效率指数模型来看,省级医院、市级医院和其他医院的床位效率指数均小于1,为低效率运行;县级医院2016-2019年的床位效率指数大于1,为高效率运行。一类地区2016-2019年的床位效率指数大于1,为高效率运行;二类地区和三类地区除2017年外的床位效率指数均小于1,为低效率运行。从床位利用模型来看,省级医院为闲置型,市级医院为压床型,县级医院主要为周转型;一类地区整体为效率型和周转型,二类地区为压床型,三类地区为周转型。[结论]四川省公立医院床位效率指数整体偏低。不同行政级别的公立医院床位利用差别较大。不同资源配置地区的公立医院床位管理需各有侧重。Objective Evaluate the utilization efficiency of beds in public hospitals in Sichuan Province so as to provide a scientific basis for optimizing bed management in public hospitals. Methods Descriptive analysis, bed efficiency index model and bed utilization model were used to evaluate the bed utilization efficiency of public hospitals in Sichuan Province. Results From 2016 to 2020,the number of beds in public hospitals in Sichuan Province increased by 53,121,and the number of beds per thousand population increased by 0.59. In 2020,the number of beds per 1,000 population in public hospitals in Sichuan Province was 3.79,and the number of bed turnover and bed utilization rate were 29.79 times and 86.42%,respectively. From the perspective of bed efficiency index model, the bed efficiency index of provincial hospitals, municipal hospitals and other hospitals was less than 1,indicating low-efficiency operation. The bed efficiency index of county-level hospitals from 2016 to 2019 was greater than 1,indicating high-efficiency operation. The bed efficiency index of the first-class areas from 2016 to 2019 was greater than 1,indicating high-efficiency operation. The bed-efficiency index of the second-class and the third-class areas was less than 1 except in 2017,indicating low-efficiency operation. From the perspective of bed utilization model, provincial hospitals were idle type, and municipal hospitals were pressed bed type, and county-level hospitals were turnover type;the bed utilization efficiency in first-class areas were efficiency type and turnover type, which in the second-class areas was pressed bed type, and in the third-class areas was turnover type. Conclusions The overall efficiency index of public hospitals beds in Sichuan Province is low. There is large differences in beds utilization in public hospitals at different administrative levels. The bed management of public hospitals in different resource allocation areas has their own emphasis.
