二甲基砜对泰迪犬血清免疫性能和抗氧化能力的影响

摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮添加二甲基砜对犬血清免疫性能和抗氧化能力的影响。选取成犬小型泰迪20只,根据年龄体重相近原则随机分为4组,每组5个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.1%、0.2%、0.40%的二甲基砜的试验粮,试验期30 d,试验后采取样品进行检测。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加0.1%、0.2%和0.4%二甲基砜组,免疫球蛋白G分别增加了34%、57%、61%,免疫球蛋白M分别增加了21%、39%、50%,其中0.4%添加量的效果好于0.1%和0.2%的添加量组;不同添加量的二甲基砜试验组,与对照组相比,总抗氧化能力显著提高,分别提高了3.4%、8%、5.7%,丙二醛显著降低,分别降低了6.1%、7.3%、6.1%,其中二甲基砜0.2%添加量组好于0.1%和0.4%组。饲粮中添加二甲基砜可以提高犬机体的抗氧化能力和免疫性能。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary DMSO supplementation on serum immune performance and antioxidant capacity in dogs.Twenty adult small teddy dogs were randomly divided into four groups according to the principle of similar age and weight,with ffve replicates in each group.The control group was fed with the basic diet,and the test group added 0.1%,0.2%,0.40% dimethyl sulfone test grains to the basic diet,respectively.The test period was 30 days.After the test,samples were taken for detection.The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of 0.1%,0.2% and 0.4% DMSO increased immunoglobulin G by 34%,57% and 61%,and immunoglobulin M by 21%,39% and 50%,respectively.The effect of 0.4% addition was better than that of 0.1% and 0.2% addition,Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity of the dimethylsulfone test group with different addition levels was signiffcantly improved by 3.4%,8%and 5.7% respectively,and the malondialdehyde was signiffcantly reduced by 6.1%,7.3% and 6.1% respectively,of which the dimethyl sulfone 0.2% addition level group was better than the 0.1% and 0.4% groups.
