摘　　要：H08A焊条钢属低碳,低硅,不含铝的钢种,与其他钢种的最大差异之一就是要确保成品钢材的化学成分,其成分要求Si≤0.03%,C≤0.08%,Al≤0.005%。通过研究脱氧工艺,有效控制其氧含量的范围,保证连铸的可浇性和铸坯质量。H08A electrode steel belongs to low carbon,low silicon,non aluminum steel,and belongs to low carbon,low silicon,low aluminum steel.One of the biggest differences between H08A electrode steel and other steel grades is to ensure the chemical composition of finished steel.The composition requirements are Si≤0.03%,C≤0.08%,Al≤0.005%.By studying the deoxidation process and effectively controlling the range of its oxygen content,the castability and billet quality of continuous casting can be guaranteed.
