苏南地区被撤并集镇空间更新策略研究——以昆山市巴城镇石牌街道为例

摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,苏南地区陆续实施行政区划调整策略,开展撤乡并镇工作,促进区域城镇发展资源要素的整合,从而有力地推动了中心城镇的快速崛起,带动了区域整体发展水平提高。被撤并集镇在这一过程中扮演了“牺牲者”的角色,承担着因各类资源被“抽水”后所带来的各种“衰败”。文章基于对苏南地区被撤并集镇“四化”困境问题剖析的基础上,提出被撤并集镇更新改造策略,并以昆山市石牌街道生活区更新改造项目为例,从目标定位、空间重构、特色空间塑造以及城镇经营等方面提出具体策略。Since the beginning of the new century,the strategy of adjusting administrative divisions has been gradually implemented to promote the integration of resource elements of regional urban development in the Southern Jiangsu.During this period,the central towns rose rapidly and the overall development level of the region continued to improve.In this process,the merged small towns have played the role of "victims",and all kinds of "decay" caused by the "pumping" of all kinds of resources began to appear.Based on studying on the current situation of merged small towns in the Southern Jiangsu,the paperputs forward the strategy of the renewal and transformation of the town.On this basis,taking the renovation project of Shipai as an example,the paper explores and puts forward specific strategies from the aspects of industrial activation,function improvement,characteristic space shaping and town operation.
