摘  要:钙(Ca^(2+))是一种重要的第二信使,在植物应答各种逆境胁迫的过程中发挥着关键作用。环境胁迫会激活植物体内的Ca^(2+)转运蛋白,引起细胞质中Ca^(2+)水平发生变化并产生钙信号,再由钙结合蛋白感受并转导钙信号,这一过程形成了复杂的调控网络。盐胁迫下,在多种植物中都已鉴定出大量组成钙信号网络的与Ca^(2+)转运、钙信号感受及转导相关的基因。为了明确这些基因在盐胁迫下钙信号网络中的作用,本研究综述了植物Ca^(2+)转运蛋白及钙结合蛋白在盐胁迫响应中的作用研究进展,有望为植物耐盐机理研究及耐盐作物育种提供新的思路和方向。Ca^(2+)is an important second messenger,plays a key role in plant responses to various stresses.In plant,Ca^(2+)transporters activated by environmental stress,which cause the changed Ca^(2+)level in the cytoplasm to produce calcium signaling.It was then sensed and transduced by calcium binding proteins.This process forms an extremely complex regulatory network.A large number of genes related to Ca^(2+)transport,the sense and transduction of calcium signaling have been identified in many plants that constitute calcium signaling network under salt stress.In order to clarify the roles of these genes in the calcium signaling network,this study reviewed the latest rese-arches of plant Ca^(2+)transporters and calcium binding proteins in the response to salt stress,which is expected to provide new ideas and direction for the research on the mechanism of plant salt tolerance and the breeding of salt-tolerant crops.
