摘 要:茄子青枯病是由青枯雷尔氏菌侵染引起的一种主要土传病害,可使茄子植株萎蔫死亡、大量减产,严重制约着中国茄子的生产。为探明茄子抗青枯病的遗传规律,本研究以茄子高感病自交系“Rf”为母本,高抗病自交系“BC01”为父本,构建F_(1)、F_(2)、BC_(1)P_(1)、BC_(1)P_(2)世代遗传群体,采用伤根灌根接种法进行抗病性表型鉴定,利用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分析方法对抗病遗传效应进行分析。结果表明,F_(2)代各病级株数呈现多峰、偏态分布;茄子青枯病的抗性遗传规律符合2MG-EAD模型,由2对主基因控制,感病为显性;主基因在F_(2)、BC_(1)P_(1)、BC_(1)P_(2)世代的遗传率分别为89.84%、43.19%、87.41%。研究结果为定位茄子抗青枯病主效基因,开发相关分子标记提供参考。Eggplant bacterial wilt is a major soil-borne disease caused by bacterial wilt of eggplant,which can lead to wilting and death of eggplant and greatly reduce production,which seriously restricts the production of eggplant in China.In order to explore the genetic rule of resistance to bacterial wilt in eggplant,this study took the susceptible inbred line"Rf"as the female parent and the resistant inbred line"BC01"as the male parent,and constructed the genetic population of F_(1),F_(2),BC_(1)P_(1)and BC_(1)P_(2)generations.The disease resistance phenotype was identified by root injury and root irrigation inoculation,and the genetic effect of plant disease resistance was analyzed by using the hybrid genetic model of major gene+polygene for quantitative traits.The results showed that the plant number of each disease grade in F_(2)generation presented multi-peak and skewed distribution.The genetic rule of resistance to bacterial wilt in eggplant was consistent with the 2MG-EAD model,which was controlled by 2 pairs of major genes,and the susceptible genes were dominant.The heritability of major genes in F_(2),BC_(1)P_(1)and BC_(1)P_(2)generations was 89.84%,43.19%and 87.41%,respectively.This study can provide reference for the development of molecular markers related to disease resistance and breeding of disease resistance.
