摘 要:大豆数量性状极易受到环境条件的影响。为了更准确地进行南方春大豆品种DUS测试,需要对本生态区品种数量性状表达状态进行适当的分级。本研究以106份南方春大豆品种为材料,于2018-2019年进行田间种植试验,对大豆DUS测试指南中的8个重要的测量数量性状进行调查,在对性状的多样性进行分析评价的基础上,采用不同方法对各数量性状的表达状态进行了分级范围划分,比较了方法间的异同。结果显示,8个数量性状变异系数范围在6.05%~36.83%之间,性状间相关系数分布在-0.142~0.648之间。正态性分析表明植株高度、主茎节数、百粒重、开花期和成熟期5个性状符合正态分布。通过对4种分级方法的比较,最小显著差法适合对MS数量性状、极差法适合对MG数量性状进行分级。研究结果为南方春大豆品种DUS测试数量性状的表达状态分级和规范品种描述提供依据,并为大豆资源的综合评价提供参考。The quantitative characteristics of soybeans are easily affected by environmental conditions.In order to carry out southern spring soybean DUS testing more accurately,it is necessary to grade the expression status of quantitative characteristics properly in this ecological region.106 southern spring soybean varieties were used as materials in the field experiments in 2018 and 2019.Following the soybean DUS test guideline,8 important quantitative characteristics were investigated.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the diversity of traits,the expression status of quantitative characteristics was classified by different methods,and the similarities and differences between the methods were compared.The results showed that the variation coefficients of 8 quantitative characteristics ranged from 6.05%to 36.83%,and the correlation coefficients between the characteristics ranged from-0.142 to 0.648.The results of normal analysis showed that plant height,node number of main stem,100-grain weight,flowering stage and maturity stage were in accordance with normal distribution.Through the comparison of the four grading methods,the least significant difference method is suitable for grading MS quantitative characteristics,and the range method were suitable for MG quantitative characteristics.The study provides a basis for the classification and standard description of quantitative characters of soybean varieties in DUS testing,and provide a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of soybean resources.
