早熟高产陆地棉‘新垦棉2号’的选育及栽培要点

摘　　要：为选育丰产、抗逆、纤维品质好、综合表现优良的棉花品种,新疆农垦科学院生物技术研究所种质资源创新团队选育的早熟高产陆地棉‘MB013’(新垦棉2号),于2017-2019年参加甘肃省棉花品种区域试验,2020年参加甘肃省棉花品种生产试验,2021年通过甘肃省农作物品种审定委员会审定,正式命名为‘新垦棉2号’(审定编号:甘审棉20210001)。该品种全生育期133 d,霜前花率91.4%,平均籽棉产量363.2 kg/667m^(2),纤维上半部平均长度29.7 mm,整齐度指数85.9%,马克隆值4.8,断裂比强度31.0 cN/tex,伸长率5.9%,反射率78.5%,黄度7.8,纺纱均匀性指数151.1,耐黄萎病,高抗枯萎病。本研究为甘肃及新疆北部早熟棉区提供了可供选择的棉花新品种。In order to breed new cotton varieties with high yield,stress resistance,fiber quality and excellent com prehensive performance.The’MB013’(Xinkenmian2)is an early maturing and high-yielding upland cotton bred by germplasm innovation team of Biotechnology Research Institute,Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural and Reclamation Science.It was participated in the cotton varieties regional test in Gansu Province from 2017 to 2019,participated in production test in 2020.In 2021,it was approved by the Gansu Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee and officially named’Xinkenmian2’,with the approval number,Ganshen Cotton 20210001.The whole growth period of this variety is 133 days,the flower rate before frost is 91.4%,the average yield of seed cotton per667m^(2)is 363.2 kg,the average length of the upper half of the fiber is 29.7 mm,the uniformity index is 85.9%,the micronaire value is 4.8,the breaking strength is 31.0 cN/tex,and the elongation.The length rate is 5.9%,the reflectivity is 78.5%,the yellowness is 7.8,the spinning uniformity index is 151.1,and it is resistant to Verticillium wilt and high resistance to fusarium wilt.This study provides a new cotton variety for Early Maturing Cotton in Northern of Gansu and Xinjiang.
