摘  要:为解决复杂地质条件下临湖车站深基坑地下连续墙施工成槽难的问题,本文依托郑州轨道交通6号线一期工程深基坑地下连续墙施工工程为研究背景,开展了现场泥浆比重及黏度试验分析,介绍了杂填土土体加固等施工措施,并对成槽效果进行UDM100超声波成孔检测、现场监测数据分析。研究结果表明:1)采用水泥60%+膨润土40%混合料、土体掺量为12%的泥浆进行施工可防止加固体侵入槽段内无法成槽的现象;2)采用高压旋喷加固法并配合高比重浆液进行护壁,成槽效果佳;3)现场监测结果验证了采用高压旋喷加固法控制土体地面累计沉降变形具有一定的积极作用。In order to solve the difficulty of slot forming in undergronnd continuous wall construction of deep foundation pit in Linhu station under complex geological conditions,the phase I project of undergronnd continuous wall construction project of deep foundation pit of Zhengzhou rail transit line 6 is taken as the research background,on-site mud proportion and viscosity test analysis are conducted,and miscellaneous fill soil reinforcement and other construction measures are introduced,UDM100 ultrasonic checking of enlarged-bore and field monitoring data analysis on the groove-forming effect are conducted.The results show that:1)adopting cement 60%+bentonite 40%mixture and mud with 12%soil content dosage can prevent the added solids from invading into the trough slot,which prevented slot forming;2)subsidence pressure circle spray reinforcement method and high proportion slurry are adopted to protect the wall,and the slot forming effect is perfect;3)the field monitoring results verify that the subsidence pressure circle spray reinforcement method has certain positive effect on controlling the accumulated settlement and deformation of soil mass ground.
