摘　　要：为了解决直线加速器机房施工过程中的重难点,本文结合“平疫结合”大型医院的工程实例,从混凝土原材料设计、大体积混凝土早期温度场分析、大体积混凝土测温管控、BIM技术辅助高大支模、预留预埋深化设计等方面进行了详细分析,总结了相应的施工操作要点,从而保证了直线加速器机房的施工质量,可为类似工程提供借鉴。In order to solve the difficulties in the construction of linear accelerator room,combined with the engineering example of“combination of normal condition with emergency”of a large hospital,a detailed analysis is conducted from the aspects of concrete raw material design,early temperature field analysis of mass concrete,temperature measurement and control of mass concrete,BIM technology-assisted high form erecting,reserved embedded deepening design,etc.,and the corresponding construction operation points are summarized,so as to ensure the construction quality of linear accelerator room and provide references for similar projects.
