摘 要:本研究以装配式支撑体住宅即SI(Skeleton and Infill)住宅和传统住宅为研究对象,对比分析两种住宅空调能耗和热环境,并通过改变影响因素探究SI住宅能耗和热环境特性规律。研究结果表明:与传统住宅相比,SI住宅能耗较大但热环境较好,适当增加保温层厚度可以减少能耗并且不牺牲热环境,外墙反射比增高使得两种住宅能耗差异减小并且热环境品质提升。并且SI住宅的热环境较好的优势在夏热冬暖、温和地区更加突出。In this study,prefabricated supporting residential,namely SI(Skeleton and Infill)residential and traditional residential,were used as comparative research objects to compare and analyze the air conditioning energy consumption and thermal environment of the two types of residential,and explore the energy consumption and thermal environment characteristics of SI residential by changing the factors The research results show that compared with traditional residential,SI residential have higher energy consumption but better thermal environment.Appropriately increasing the thickness of the insulation layer can reduce energy consumption without sacrificing the thermal environment.The higher external wall solar radiation reflectance reduces the difference in energy consumption between the two residential and improves the thermal environment quality.And the advantage of better thermal environment of SI residential is more prominent in hot summer and warm winter area and mild region.
