摘　　要：以梁溪区中医医院(无锡市康复医院)新建项目为例,本项目为EPC(设计+采购+施工)工程总承包项目,为更创效、更科学地进行项目管理。围绕“设计+采购”“采购+施工”“设计+施工”3个方向相结合,将C阶段的“设计–采购–商务”策划工作前置于EP阶段,EP阶段策划工作服务于C阶段,做到两阶段的一体化融合,通过融合管理思路可以更有效地控制概算,降低项目的投入成本,并为今后相似的EPC工程总承包项目管理提供参考与借鉴。Taking the new project of Liangxi District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital)as an example,this project is an EPC(design+procurement+construction)general contracting project.In order to carry out project management more efficiently and scientifically,this article focuses on the three directions of"design+procurement""procurement+construction"and"design+construction"are combined,and the planning work of"design-procurement-business"in the C stage is placed in the EP stage,and the EP stage planning work serves the C stage,to achieve the integration of two stages,through the integration of management ideas,the budget can be more effectively controlled,the investment cost of the project can be reduced,which can provide reference for the management of similar EPC engineering general contracting projects.
