摘 要:目的分析矮小症儿童生长激素(GH)水平与甲状腺激素、骨代谢水平的相关性。方法抽取2020年8月至2021年10月于山西省儿童医院儿科就诊的76例矮小症患儿为观察组,另抽取同期于医院体检的30例健康儿童为对照组。比较两组儿童的体质指数及GH、甲状腺激素、骨代谢水平。采用Pearson法分析GH与促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、骨钙素(OC)、血清I型前胶原氨基端前肽(P1NP)、β-胶原降解产物(β-CTX)、25-羟基维生素D3[25(OH)D3]的相关性。结果观察组身高、体质量、骨龄及GH水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组TSH高于对照组,FT3、FT4均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组OC、P1NP、25(OH)D3水平均低于对照组,而β-CTX高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson分析结果显示,矮小症患儿GH与FT3、FT4、OC、P1NP、25(OH)D3水平呈正相关(r=6.78、6.95、7.12、7.06、7.42,P均<0.05),与TSH、β-CTX水平呈负相关(r=-7.69、-6.83,P均<0.05)。结论矮小症患儿GH与FT3、FT4、OC、P1NP、25(OH)D3水平呈正相关,与TSH、β-CTX水平呈负相关。Objective To analyze the relationship of growth hormone(GH)level with thyroid hormones and bone metabolism level in children with short stature.Methods A total of 76 children with short stature treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Children’s Hospital of Shanxi from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy children who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Body mass index and the levels of GH,thyroid hormones and bone metabolism were compared between the groups.Pearson method was used to analyze the relationship of GH with thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),osteocalcin(OC),serum amino-terminal propeptide of type I procollagen(P1NP),βisomer of the C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen(β-CTX),and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3[25(OH)D3].Results Stature,body mass,bone age and GH level in the observation group were lower than those in the control goup(all P<0.05).The TSH level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and levels of FT3 and FT4 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of OC,P1NP and 25(OH)D3 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while theβ-CTX level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that GH was positively correlated with levels of FT3,FT4,OC,P1NP and 25(OH)D3 in children with short stature(r=6.78、6.95、7.12、7.06、7.42;all P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with levels of,TSH andβ-CTX(r=-7.69、-6.83;allP<0.05).Conclusions GH is positively correlated with the levels of FT3,FT4,OC,P1NP and 25(OH)D3 in children with short stature,and is negatively correlated with the levels of TSH andβ-CTX.
