关于蒲松龄纪念馆藏品的分类与管理

摘　　要：蒲松龄纪念馆资料室具有文物保管部门、专业图书馆和情报资料机构的多重性质。其馆藏一非全为文物,二非都系图书;既不能像一般博物馆那样按藏品的质地分类,又难以用《中图法》类分。本人创编的《蒲松龄文献资料分类表》,即解决了这个重大难题。通过应用,目前已实现了馆藏分类编目与检索的规范化管理。这套分类表既适合本馆使用,又具备文献分类法科学的完整性、逻辑性、简明性和灵活性。其编制原则,首先是确立了“依人列类”的思想,然后采用和借鉴类分文献的方法,再结合藏品实际编纂分类表。因此具有普遍的参考价值,为后来兴起的诸多各类名人馆藏品工作提供了借鉴与参考。The reference room of Pu Songling Memorial Hall has the characteristics of cultural relics preservation department,professional library and information agency.One of its collections is not all cultural relics,two is not all books;It can not be classified according to the texture of the collection like the general museum,and it is difficult to use the“Chinese Library method”category.I created the“Pu Songling literature data classification table”,that is,to solve this major problem.Through the application,the standardized management of collection cataloguing and retrieval has been realized.This classification table is not only suitable for the library,but also has the scientific integrity,logic,simplicity and flexibility of document classification.The compilation principle is,first of all,to establish the idea of“classifying according to people”,and then to use and learn from the method of classifying documents by categories,and then to compile the classification table combined with the actual collection.Therefore,it has universal reference value and provides reference for many kinds of celebrity museum collection work.
