摘 要:为探究水润滑轴承受温度变化影响而引起的自身振动特性变化的现象,对水润滑轴承借助有限差分法建立水弹流润滑模型,研究不同工况参数对水润滑轴承动刚度和动阻尼的影响规律,分析不同进水温度和载荷条件下水润滑轴承的动刚度Kyy、动阻尼Cyy、最小水膜厚度等振动特性相关参数的变化规律,并进行振动特性试验。研究表明:随着温度升高,轴承水膜压力下降,最小水膜厚度减小,表明温度升高载荷增加时动刚度Kyy和动阻尼Cyy会增大,且高温对动刚度Kyy和动阻尼Cyy影响更大;载荷和转速一致的条件下,轴承振动总振级随着温度升高而下降。In order to explore the phenomenon of changes in its own vibration characteristics caused by the influence of temperature changes, the water stream lubrication model was established with the help of the limited difference method of water lubrication, and the dynamic stiffness and dynamic damping of the water lubrication bearing were studied at different operating parameters. The law of influence, analyze the dynamic rigidity of the water lubrication bearing under different water inlet temperature and load conditions, the dynamic rigidity Kyyof the water lubrication bearing, the dynamic damping Cyy,and the thickness of the minimum water film thickness, and the vibration characteristics test is performed. Studies have shown that as the temperature increases, the pressure of the bearing water film decreases, and the minimum water film thickness decreases, indicating that the temperature rigidity of the temperature increases the dynamic rigidity and the dynamic damping Cyywill increase, and the high temperature to the dynamic rigidity Kyyand the dynamic damping Cyywill be increased. The impact is greater;under the condition of the same load and the speed, the total vibration level of the bearing vibration decreases with the increase in temperature.
