摘  要:针对舰船光网络,为提高光纤熔接接续设备的抗干扰控制性能、光缆接续合格率和光缆断裂定位效果,基于PLC技术,设计一种光纤熔接接续设备智能控制系统。在硬件部分,主要设计了监控模块、运动控制模块、驱动模块、执行模块、传感器模块等模块,通过模块间的整合设计搭建完备的系统结构。在软件部分,利用PLC对设备中的液压元器件进行控制,再利用模糊算法计算光纤接续的实际控制量。实验结果表明:该系统的抗干扰性能好,有效提高了光缆接续的合格率和对光缆断裂的定位效果,可以提高光纤熔接接续设备的应用性能,有利于舰船光网络的稳健运行。Aiming at the shipboard optical network, in order to improve the anti-interference control performance of optical fiber fusion splicing equipment, the qualification rate of optical fiber splicing and the effect of optical fiber fracture location, this research designed an intelligent control system of optical fiber fusion splicing equipment based on PLC technology. In the hardware part, the monitoring module, motion control module, drive module, execution module, sensor module and other modules are mainly designed, and a complete system structure is built through the integration design between modules. In the software part, PLC is used to control the hydraulic components in the equipment, and then fuzzy algorithm is used to calculate the actual control quantity of the optical fiber connection. The experimental results show that the system has good anti-interference performance, effectively improves the high qualification rate of optical cable splicing and the positioning effect of optical cable fracture, improves the application performance of optical fiber fusion splicing equipment, and is conducive to the stable operation of ship optical network.
