护患互动达标模式对冠心病合并糖尿病患者病情管理能力、糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护患互动达标模式对冠心病合并糖尿病患者病情管理能力、糖脂代谢的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月厦门大学附属第一医院105例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组(n=53)和对照组(n=52)。对照组给予常规护理措施,研究组在给予护患互动达标模式。比较两组患者病情管理能力、糖脂代谢、生活质量水平变化情况及满意度。结果护理后,研究组各项病情管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组糖脂代谢水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG及2hPG水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,HDL-C水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院后,研究组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗效果满意度为96.23%高于对照组82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中应用护患互动达标模式效果显著,可有效改善患者病情管理能力、糖脂代谢。Objective To investigate the effect of the nurse-patient interaction attainment model on condition management ability and glycolipid metabolism in patients with coronary artery disease combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods 105 patients with coronary heart disease combined with diabetes mellitus in the First Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into a study group(n=53)and a control group(n=52)using the random number table method.The control group was given conventional nursing measures,and the study group was given nurse-patient interaction in the attainment model.The two groups were compared in terms of their ability to manage their condition,glucose and lipid metabolism,changes in quality of life level and satisfaction.Results After nursing care,the scores of disease management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing care,there was no significant difference in the level of glycolipid metabolism between the two groups(P>0.05).After care,TC,TG,LDL-C,FPG and 2 hPG levels decreased in both groups and in the study group than in the control group,and HDL-C levels increased in both groups and were higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after discharge,quality of life scores in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment effect statisfaction of the study group was 96.23%higher than 82.69%in the study group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the nurse-patient interaction attainment model in patients with coronary artery disease combined with diabetes is effective and can effectively improve the patients’disease management ability and glucolipid metabolism.
