摘　　要：目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕期筛查方法和实施情况。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月漳州市人民医院妊娠期糖尿病产妇200例,针对患者进行孕期血糖筛查,统计随访率,比较血糖筛查方法使用情况。结果产妇随访成功率为88.00%(176/200);血糖筛查受检率为34.00%(68/200),单纯HbA1c受检率为17.65%(12/68),单纯OGTT受检率为35.29%(24/68),OGTT联合HbA1c受检率为47.06%(32/68),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.710,P=0.007)。结论妊娠期糖尿病产妇孕期随访率较低,血糖筛查率较低,OGTT联合HbA1c受检率较高。应全面推动妊娠期糖尿病孕期血糖筛查,促进妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖监控,加强健康管理。Objective To analyze the method and implementation of pregnancy screening for gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Two hundred maternal cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were selected from January 2019 to December 2021,and glucose screening during pregnancy was performed for the patients,the follow-up rate were counted and compared the use of glucose screening methods.Results The maternal follow-up success rate was 88.00%(176/200);the glucose screening acceptance rate was 34.00%(68/200),HbA1c alone was 17.65%(12/68),OGTT alone was 35.29%(24/68),and OGTT combined with HbA1c was 47.06%(32/68),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.710,P=0.007).Conclusion The maternal follow-up rate during pregnancy for gestational diabetes mellitus is low,the glucose screening rate is low,and the OGTT combined with HbA1c acceptance rate is high.Pregnancy glucose screening for gestational diabetes should be comprehensively promoted to facilitate maternal glucose monitoring for gestational diabetes and strengthen health management.
