黄连温胆汤加减联合恩格列净治疗痰热瘀阻型2型糖尿病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨黄连温胆汤联合恩格列净治疗痰热瘀阻型2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月永安市立医院收治的痰热瘀阻型2型糖尿病患者64例,按照随机数表法进行分组。两组均遵循常规糖尿病饮食方案、合理运动。对照组32例应用恩格列净片治疗,研究组32例在此基础上应用黄连温胆汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素功能以及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖与糖化血红蛋白值较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=2.959、3.164、3.208,P<0.05),研究组治疗后空腹胰岛素较对照组高,胰岛素抵抗指数较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.276、3.027,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较(6.25%vs 6.25%),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论黄连温胆汤联合恩格列净治疗痰热瘀阻型2型糖尿病效果确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Empagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus of phlegm-heat stasis.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,64 patients with phlegm-heat-stasis type 2 diabetes were admitted to Yong’an Municipal Hospital,and they were grouped according to a random number table.Both groups followed a conventional diabetic diet regimen and reasonable exercise.32 cases in the control group were treated with engramine tablets,and 32 cases in the study group were treated with modified Huanglian Wendan decoction on this basis.The blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin function and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin after treatment in the study group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.959,3.164,3.208,P<0.05).The study group had a fasting insulin higher than the control group,and the insulin resistance index was lower than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.276,3.027,P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(6.25%vs 6.25%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Empagliflozin is effective in treating phlegm-heat-stasis type 2 diabetes mellitus and is worthy of clinical application.
