黄芪桂枝五物汤联合盐酸法舒地尔注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察对糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)患者运用黄芪桂枝五物汤与盐酸法舒地尔联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择2021年7—12月在邹城市中医院接受治疗的DPN患者60例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例,对照组采用盐酸法舒地尔注射液进行治疗,研究组则在此基础上联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。治疗前后观察两组患者的证候积分、血糖控制水平、血脂四项、神经电生理指标和临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者证候积分、血糖控制水平、血脂四项、神经电生理指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组证候积分、血糖控制水平、血脂四项、神经电生理指标均较治疗前改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者总治疗有效率(96.70%)显著高于对照组(73.30%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论对于DPN患者联合应用盐酸法舒地尔注射与黄芪桂枝五物汤,能够显著改善患者证候积分,帮助其更好地控制血糖水平,提高临床疗效,应用价值显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of combining Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Fasudil Hydrochloride in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients.Methods Sixty patients with DPN treated in Zoucheng City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July to December 2021 were selected as study subjects.The control group was treated with fasudil hydrochloride injection,while the study group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.Before and after treatment,the evidence score,blood glucose control level,four lipid items,neurophysiological indexes and clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of symptom score,blood glucose control level,lipid indexes and neurophysiological indexes(P>0.05);after treatment,the syndrome score,blood glucose control level,blood lipids and neuroelectrophysiological indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total treatment efficiency of patients in the study group(96.70%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.30%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion For DPN patients,the combination of fasudil hydrochloride injection and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can significantly improve the syndrome score of patients,help them better control the blood sugar level,improve the clinical efficacy,and have significant application value.
