保山市无偿献血者性别及年龄对丙氨酸氨基转氨酶异常的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨云南省保山市无偿献血者性别及年龄对丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)异常的影响,为制订献血者筛选和招募策略提供依据。方法收集保山市2018年1月—2020年12月67563份无偿献血者血液ALT检测数据,对不同性别及年龄人群的ALT异常率进行分析。结果67563份无偿献血者标本经检测有764份ALT异常,异常率为1.131%,其中男性ALT异常率为1.820%,高于女性的0.363%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=319.979,P<0.01);其中24~45岁组男性ALT异常率较高,24~34岁组ALT异常率为2.160%,35~45岁组ALT异常率为2.136%。结论保山市男性无偿献血者ALT异常率显著高于女性献血者,ALT异常一直是造成血液报废的首要原因,献血前对献血者进行ALT筛检时,应将24~45岁男性献血者作为重点筛检对象进行血液快检。Objective To explore the influence of sex and age of non-remunerated blood donors in Baoshan City,Yunnan Province on the abnormality of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and to provide basis for the selection and recruitment strategy of blood donors.Methods Blood ALT test data were collected from 67563 non-remunerated blood donors in Baoshan City from January 2018 to December 2020,and analyzed the abnormal rate of ALT among people of different genders and ages.Results 67563 samples of unpaid blood donors showed 764 abnormal ALT,with an abnormal rate of 1.131%,including the abnormal rate of male ALT was 1.820%higher than that of female ALT 0.363%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=319.979,P<0.01).The ALT abnormality rate was higher in males in the 24-45 years old group,2.160%in the 24-34 years old group and 2.136%in the 35-45 years old group.Conclusion The abnormal rate of ALT in male non-remunerated blood donors in Baoshan City is significantly higher than that of female blood donors.The abnormal ALT has always been the primary cause of blood scrapping.When screening blood donors for ALT before blood donation,male blood donors aged 24-45 should be selected as the key screening object for rapid blood screening.
