超声引导下药物注射治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下药物注射治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月于太仓市第一人民医院就诊的60例肱二头肌长头肌腱炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用口服塞来昔布治疗,研究组采用超声引导下药物注射治疗,分析两组临床疗效;对比治疗后1、3个月比较两组肩关节评分、VAS评分及睡眠状况评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率相比对照组明显更优(93.33%vs 66.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肩关节评分高于对照组,VAS评分、睡眠状况评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下药物注射治疗肱二头肌长头肌腱炎效果突出,可以改善患者肩关节损伤以及睡眠质量,缓解患者的疼痛症状。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided drug injection in the treatment of biceps longus tendinitis.Methods 60 patients with biceps long head tendinitis who attended the Taicang First People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the different treatment modalities,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with oral celecoxib,and the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided drug injection.The dinical effect were analyzed of the two groups,shoulder joint score,VAS score and sleep status score at 1 month and 3 months after treatment compared between two groups.Results The total treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(93.33%vs.66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint score of the study group was higer than that of the control group,the VAS score and sleep status score of the study group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided drug injection in the treatment of biceps longus tendinitis has outstanding clinical effect,which can improve the symptoms of shoulder joint injury as well as the sleep quality of patients and relieve their pain symptoms.
