米索前列醇与一次性乳胶导尿管在宫腔镜术前软化宫颈中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较米索前列醇与一次性乳胶导尿管在宫腔镜术前软化宫颈中的应用效果。方法选取于本院行宫腔镜手术的患者100例为研究对象,采用抽签法分为机械组、药物组,每组50例。机械组采用一次性乳胶导尿管宫颈置管软化宫颈,药物组采用米索前列醇软化宫颈。比较两组的围术期指标、宫颈软化程度及不良反应发生情况。结果药物组宫颈软化程度显著优于机械组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物组手术时间、宫颈扩张时间均显著短于机械组,但机械组宫腔镜下清晰率显著高于药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。机械组不良反应发生率为4.00%,显著低于药物组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇与一次性乳胶导尿管在宫腔镜术前软化宫颈中的应用效果各有优势,临床应根据不同情况进行个性化选择。Objective To compare the effect of misoprostol and disposable latex catheter in softening cervix before hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into a mechanical group and a drug group by drawing lots,with 50 cases in each group.The mechanical group was treated with disposable latex catheter to soften the cervix,while the drug group was treated with misoprostol to soften the cervix.The perioperative indexes,degree of cervical softening and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of cervical softening in the drug group was significantly better than that in the mechanical group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time and cervical dilation time of the drug group were significantly shorter than those of the mechanical group,but the hysteroscopic clarity rate of the mechanical group was significantly higher than that of the drug group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in mechanical group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 16.00%in drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both misoprostol and disposable latex catheter have their own advantages in the treatment of cervical softening before hysteroscopy.Clinical selection should be individualized according to different conditions.
