多样式子宫背带式缝合术在剖宫产术大出血时的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究在剖宫产手术大出血患者中采用多样式子宫背带式缝合术的效果。方法选取于本院妇产科行剖宫产并出现大出血的患者60例为研究对象,采用单双数法将其分为对照组及研究组,每组30例。研究组行多样式子宫背带式缝合术,对照组行宫腔内水囊压迫止血术。对比两组的手术止血效果。结果研究组手术时间、苏醒时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量、术后2h出血量、术后24h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组子宫切除率、并发症发生率分别为3.33%、3.33%,均明显低于对照组的23.33%、20.00%,止血成功率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产手术大出血患者采用多样式子宫背带式缝合术的止血效果更好,患者手术时间、住院时间更短,子宫切除率、并发症发生率均更低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effects of multiple uterine strap suture in patients with massive hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods 60 cases of patients with massive hemorrhage who underwent cesarean section in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital were selected as research objects. They were divided into a control group and a study group by singled-even number method, with 30 cases in each group. The study group underwent multiple uterine strap suture, while the control group underwent intrauterine water sac compression hemostasis. The hemostatic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time, recovery time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss, postoperative 2 h blood loss and postoperative 24 h blood loss were all less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The hysterectomy rate and complication rate of the study group were 3.33% and 3.33%, respectively, which were significantly lower than 23.33% and 20.00% of the control group, and the success rate of hemostasis was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The hemostatic effect of various types of uterus straps suture in patients with massive hemorrhage during cesarean section is better, with shorter operation time and hospital stay, lower hysterectomy rate and complication rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
