滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮及低分子肝素治疗复发性流产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮及低分子肝素治疗复发性流产患者的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的62例复发性流产患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组采用黄体酮及低分子肝素治疗,研究组在此基础上采用滋肾育胎丸治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组中保胎成功率为87.10%,高于对照组的64.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组孕囊平均径线差为(26.48±4.50)mm,大于对照组的(15.91±3.97)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组每日胚芽增长长度大于对照组,但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组宫腔积血体积、宫腔积血体积/孕囊体积比值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组宫腔积血体积为(3545.89±26.57)mm^(3),小于对照组的(3876.32±32.31)mm^(3),宫腔积血体积/孕囊体积百分比为(3.59±0.87)%,低于对照组的(7.62±1.03)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮及低分子肝素治疗复发性流产的临床效果理想,可提高保胎成功率,促进胚胎生长,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai Pill combined with progesterone and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of recurrent abortion.Methods A total of 62 patients with recurrent abortion in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone and low molecular weight heparin,and the study group was treated with Zhishen Yuetai Pill on the basis of the treatment,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the success rate of fetal protection in the study group was 87.10%,higher than 64.52%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean diameter difference of the gestational sac in the research group was(26.48±4.50)mm,which was higher than(15.91±3.97)mm in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the daily germ growth length of the study group was greater than that of the control group,but there was no statistical sign迅cance between the two groups(P>0.05),Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the volume of uterine hemoperitoneum and the ratio of uterine hemoperitoneum to gestational sac between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the volume of uterine blood accumulation in the study group was(3545.89±26.57)mm^(3),which was lower than(3876.32±32.31)mm^(3) in the control group,and the percentage of uterine blood accumulation/gestational sac volume was(3.59±0.87)%,which was lower than(7.62±1.03)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Yutai Pill combined with progesterone and low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of recurrent abortion has ideal clinical effect,can improve the success rate of fetal protection,promote embryo growth,worthy of clinical application.
