乳杆菌阴道胶囊联合替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究乳杆菌阴道胶囊联合替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析本院收治的68例滴虫性阴道炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,每组34例。对照组采用替硝唑片治疗,研究组在此基础上采用乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、复发率、安全性及阴道乳酸杆菌检测情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3、6个月,研究组复发率分别为5.88%、14.71%,均低于对照组的26.47%、38.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组乳酸杆菌阳性率、乳酸杆菌阳性菌落>1/2培养基面积检出率、产H2O2乳酸杆菌阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的效果显著,能提高患者阴道内乳酸杆菌定值,降低疾病复发率,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of lactobacillus vaginal capsule combined with tinidazole on trichomoniasis vaginitis.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tinidazole tablets,and the study group was treated with live lactobacillus capsules on this basis.The total effective rate,recurrence rate,safety and vaginal lactobacillus detection were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.06%,which was higher than 82.35%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rates in the study group were 5.88%and 14.71%,respectively,lower than 26.47%and 38.24%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of lactobacillus,the positive rate of lactobacillus positive colony>1/2 medium area and the positive rate of H_(2)O_(2)-producing lactobacillus in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule combined with Tinidazole in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis has significant effect,can improve the lactobacillus fixed value in the vagina of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,and high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
