摘　　要：“产后病”为中医妇科多发病、常见病,多由于产时耗伤、产后调护不当所致,若不积极治疗,则可能引发产后恶露不绝、阴挺、妇人腹痛等。中医在诊治产后病方面具有丰富的理论和临床基础,通常遵循“多虚多瘀”的病理特点来论治。导师李琼教授临证三十余年,并师承全国名中医丁丽仙教授,治疗产后病的经验丰富,疗效好,现将二则医案总结如下。"Postpartum disease"is a common disease in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.It is mostly caused by labor loss and improper postpartum care.If not actively treated,it may cause lochia,Yin stiffness,abdominal pain and so on.TCM has a rich theoretical and clinical basis in the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum diseases,usually following the pathological characteristics of"more deficiency and more blood stasis".Professor Li Qiong has been in the clinic for more than 30 years,and learned from the national famous traditional Chinese medicine Professor Ding Lixian.She has rich experience in the treatment of postpartum disease and has good curative effect.Two medical cases are summarized as follows.
