摘 要:弹性体复合材料具有较宽的阻尼温域和较高的机械强度仍然是目前研究重点。本实验通过研究在羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)中加入沉淀法白炭黑制备XNBR/SiO_(2)复合材料,研究复合材料的结构与性能关系。结果表明,XNBR的羧基能够与SiO_(2)表面硅羟基形成氢键作用。DMA结果显示,氢键作用抑制了XNBR分子链运动,导致XNBR/SiO_(2)复合材料玻璃化转变温度向高温方向移动。XNBR/SiO_(2)复合材料在40~120℃温度范围出现一个明显的氢键解离-络合高温转变峰,tanδ>0.15的温度范围达到-20~120℃,远远高于纯XNBR样品。同时,XNBR/SiO_(2)复合材料力学性能明显高于XNBR样品,这为制备高机械强度宽温域阻尼材料提供一种新的思路。It is still a challenge to develop elastomer composites with wide damping temperature and high mechanical properties.In this work,carboxyl nitrile butadiene rubber(XNBR)/silica(SiO_(2))composites had been prepared and the structure-properties relationship had also been investigated thoroughly.The FTIR results shown the formation of hydrogen bonds between carboxyl groups of XNBR and silanol groups of SiO_(2)particles,which can confine the segment movement of XNBR chain and lead to a higher glass transition temperature in the XNBR/SiO_(2)composites.DMA curves illuminated that a new transition peak,associating with the decomposition-complexation of hydrogen bonds,emerged around 40~120℃in the XNBR/SiO_(2)composites.The temperature range of tanδ>0.15 is about-20~120℃for XNBR/SiO_(2)composites,which was quite broader than that of pure XNBR sample.Finally,the mechanical properties of XNBR/SiO_(2)composites are superior to that of pure XNBR sample,which open a new road to prepare damping materials with wide damping temperature and high mechanical properties.
