摘 要:利用现有的供热管网输配再生水是一种资源利用的有效途径,然而,高品质再生水容易腐蚀既有供热管网,供热管网输配再生水的腐蚀防控是值得研究的问题。分析了再生水热网输配的腐蚀原理和影响供热管道腐蚀的主要因素,综述了几种减缓高品质再生水对供热管网腐蚀的技术措施。结合供热管网输配再生水腐蚀防控的案例,从效果和经济成本来考虑,调节pH值、除氧可以有效防控高品质再生水对供热管网的腐蚀。Reclaimed water transmission and distribution by the existing heating network is an effective way to utilize resources.However,high-quality reclaimed water is easy to corrode the existing heating pipelines,and the corrosion prevention and control of reclaimed water transmission and distribution by heating pipelines is worth studying.In this paper,the corrosion principle of reclaimed water transmission and distribution by heating pipelines and the main influencing factors of the heating pipeline corrosion were analyzed,and several technical measures to reduce the corrosion of heating pipelines by high-quality reclaimed water are summarized.Combined with the case of corrosion prevention and control of reclaimed water in heating pipe network,the effect and economic cost are considered,and regulating pH and deoxidization can effectively prevent and control the corrosion of high-quality reclaimed water to heating pipelines.
