摘　　要：本文开发了一种用于膜法制水工艺的智慧监盘系统。系统基于水平衡系统,包括工艺参数监视、系统报警监视、自动程控运行状态监视,是集工艺、报警、设备状态于一体的综合监视系统。系统涵盖了原水预处理系统、膜法制水系统及供水系统等,将传统的翻页浏览监盘模式转变为通过水平衡系统监视。本系统实现了将传统的管正常转变为管异常。不仅提高了装置和设备运行异常的识别能力、分析能力和预知预判能力,而且有效提高运行管理水平和生产管理效率,具有良好的发展前景。This paper developed an intelligent monitoring system used in membrane water production.The system was based on water balance,contained parameters monitoring,system alarm monitoring and automatic program control state monitoring.It was an integrated monitoring system which integrated technology,alarm and equipment status.Water pretreatment,membrane water production and water supply were covered in this system.Traditional page browsing monitoring pattern was changed into water balance pattern.The system realized abnormality management from normality management.It not only improved the ability to identify,analyze and predict the abnormal operation of devices and equipment,but also effectively improved the level of operation management and production management efficiency,and had a good development prospect.
