摘  要:根据头孢西丁生产项目废水的水质、水量特点,对废水进行分类收集、分质处理方案进行实验研究。其中,三乙胺盐酸盐废水和高氨氮废水混合后在酸性条件下蒸发析盐,去除三乙胺和高氨氮的隐患;高盐废水加碱中和后进行蒸发析盐,以降低综合废水的含盐量;利用吹脱汽提工艺对含二氯甲烷废水进行处理,降低二氯甲烷对后期生化系统的抑制。经过初步处理的废水再与高浓有机废水混合,采用铁碳微电解+芬顿氧化+中和沉淀处理工艺。经过预处理后,综合废水水质满足生化处理进水要求。According to the characteristics of water quality and quantity of cefoxitin wastewater,the wastewater was collected and treated by classification.Among them,triethylamine hydrochloride wastewater and high ammonia nitrogen wastewater were mixed under acidic conditions,then through the salting evaporator,remove the hidden danger of triethylamine and high ammonia nitrogen;In order to reduce the salt content of comprehensive wastewater,the high salt wastewater was neutralized by adding alkali and then through the salting evaporator.Blow-off process was used to treat dichloromethane wastewater to reduce the inhibition of dichloromethane to biochemical system.After preliminary treatment,the wastewater were mixed with high concentration organic wastewater,then treated by iron-carbon micro-electrolysis+Fenton oxidation process.After pretreatment,the quality of comprehensive wastewater can meet the requirements of biochemical treatment.
