珠江口水域尿素浓度与浮游生物的脲酶活性研究

摘  要:小分子有机氮尿素被认为是许多近海和河口水体中的重要氮源并影响有害藻华的发生。本文分别于2011年3月27~29日(春季),2011年11月16~18日(秋季)和2012年3月28~30日(春季),在珠江口近海水域研究水体中的尿素浓度和浮游生物的脲酶活性变化,结合理化环境因子分析海水中尿素的生物可利用性及其调控因子。结果表明,珠江口近海水体中溶解态无机氮含量较高,三个航次分别达到50.0±34.52,62.88±55.73和96.90±58.00μmol/L,且以氧化态的硝氮(NO3-)为主。相比较而言,尿素含量较低,三个航次尿素浓度平均值仅为1.23±1.25、3.01±0.78和4.40±3.20μmol-N/L,其分布受到径流和近岸影响。三个航次中海水中的脲酶活性随尿素含量的升高而显著升高,分别为0.32±0.52,5.22±3.68和13.73±9.19μmol-N/L·h,在不同的季节和年份受到不同浮游植物类群和理化因子的调控。Small molecule organic nitrogen urea is considered to be an important nitrogen source in many offshore and estuarine waters and influence the occurrence of harmful algal blooms.From March 27 to 29,2011(spring),November 16~18,2011(autumn)and March 28~30,2012(spring),this paper studied the concentration of urea in the coastal waters of pearl River Estuary,and analyzed the bioavailability of urea and its regulatory factors in seawater.The results showed that the dissolved inorganic nitrogen content in the offshore water of the Pearl River Estuary was high,reaching 50.0±34.52,62.88±55.73 and 96.90±58.00μmol/L,respectively,and the oxidized nitrate nitrogen(NO3-)was dominated.In comparison,the urea content was low,and the average urea concentration of the three voyages was only 1.23±1.25,3.01±0.78 and 4.40±3.20μmol-N/L,and their distribution was affected by runoff and nearshore.The urease activity in seawater increased significantly with urea content,0.32±0.52,5.22±3.68 and 13.73±9.19μmol-N/Lh,which were regulated by different phytoplankton groups and physicochemical factors in different seasons and years.
