摘 要:白癜风是一种患者皮肤、黏膜等部位失去颜色,变成白斑的色素脱失性疾病。其发病机制尚不清楚,可能是由多种因素综合作用造成皮肤黑素细胞的破坏和消失,从而诱发白癜风。据报道,一些植物提取物、天然活性产物、其他类型的化合物对黑素的生成具有促进作用。因此,基于调节黑素生成和酪氨酸酶活性,综述了促黑素类化合物在治疗白癜风的研究进展,为设计和开发新型抗白癜风药物提供参考。Vitiligo is a kind of depigmentation disease in which patients’skin and mucous membranes lose their color and become leukoplakia.Its pathogenesis is unclear and may be induced by a combination of multiple factors that cause the destruction and disappearance of melanocytes.Some plant extracts,natural active products and other types of compounds have been reported to promote melanogenic effect.Therefore,based on the regulation of melangenesis and tyrosinase activity,the research progress of melanogenesis-stimulating compounds in the treatment of vitiligo was reviewed in order to provide a new reference for the design and development of novel anti-vitiligo drugs.
