涡街流量计选型及在DMF回收装置中的应用

摘　　要：涡街流量计是一种重要的速度型流量计,由于测量不受介质物性参数的影响,输出信号与流量成正比,目前工业管道流体主流的流量测量装置是涡街流量计,其具有测量精度高、结构简单、安装维护方便等优势。本文从阐述涡街流量计的测量原理着手,分析涡街流量计的优缺点,提出合理的适用范围和安装基本要求,以及在DMF回收装置的应用,提供一定的实践参考价值。Vortex flowmeter is an important velocity flowmeter. Because the measurement is not affected by the physical parameters of the medium, the output signal is proportional to the flow. At present, the flow measurement device of the main flow in the industrial pipeline is vortex flowmeter, which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance. In this paper, the measurement principle of the vortex flowmeter is described, the advantages and disadvantages of the vortex flowmeter are analyzed, the reasonable scope of application and the basic requirements of installation are proposed, and the application in DMF recycling equipment is provided with certain practical reference value.
