摘 要:利用全自动QuEChERS前处理仪处理样品,探究其在果蔬中10种农药残留高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测中的应用。结果表明,使用全自动QuEChERS前处理仪在浓度范围为0.002~0.200μg/mL有良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)大于0.9995,方法定量限为0.005~0.01 mg/kg,加标回收率为78.5%~101.5%。全自动QuEChERS前处理仪仪器性能较稳定,各模块精度较高,与人工QuEChERS法相比操作简单、快速、高效。对其性能综合评估,能够缩短样品准备时间和减少人力成本,可应用于果蔬中农药残留前处理。The samples were processed by auto-QuEChERS pretreatment instrument to explore its application in the detection of 10 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The results showed that there is a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.002~0.200μg/mL using the auto-QuEChERS pretreatment instrument,the correlation coefficient R2 was greater than 0.9995,the method quantitative limit is 0.005~0.01 mg/kg,and the recovery rate of spiked standard was 78.5%~101.5%.The performance of the instrument is relatively stable,and the accuracy of each module is high.Compared with the manual QuEChERS method,the operation is simple,fast and efficient.The comprehensive evaluation can shorten the sample preparation time and labor cost,and can be applied to the pretreatment of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
