摘 要:本文建立了测定牙膏中异嗪皮啶的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)。样品经80%甲醇水分散提取后,以0.1%甲酸水溶液和甲醇为流动相,经过Waters BEH C18柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.5μm)分离,使用多反应监测(MRM)模式进行测定。该方法检出限和定量限分别为0.02μg/g和0.05μg/g,平均回收率在80.23%~107.71%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在1.73%~5.93%之间,具有良好的回收率和精密度。较现有的测定方法更加高效、准确和灵敏,能有效为口腔清洁护理用品生产企业和质量监管部门提供技术支持,维护中草药牙膏市场秩序、保护消费者健康和权益。An ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of isofraxidin in toothpaste.The samples were extracted by 80%methanol and separated on a Waters BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.5μm)with 0.1%formic acid solution and methanol as mobile phase.The analysis was performed under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The limit of detection and limit of quantitation(LOQ)of the the method was 0.02μg/g and 0.05μg/g,the average recovery for isofraxidin ranged from 80.23%to 107.71%,with relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)of 1.73%~5.93%,and the method had good recovery and precision.It is more efficient,accurate and sensitive than the existing measurement methods,and It can effectively provide technical support for oral cleaning and care products manufacturers and quality supervision departments,maintain the order of the Chinese herbal toothpaste market,and protect the health and rights of consumers.
