摘 要:目的:优化某款氧化型染发剂配方。方法:分析氧化型染发剂配方,推测氧化型染发剂引起细菌回复突变试验致突变阳性的可能原因,以此为依据,对某氧化型染发剂进行配方优化,对优化后的产品进行细菌回复突变试验检测,评估配方优化的效果。结果:配方优化后的受试样品C细菌回复突变试验结果阴性。结论该配方优化思路值得借鉴,可减少氧化型染发剂细菌回复突变试验致突变阳性机率。Objective:To optimize the formula of an oxidative hair dye.Methods:The formula of oxidative hair dye was analyzed to speculate the possible cause of positive mutation in bacterial reverse mutation assay of oxidative hair dye.Based on this,the formula of an oxidative hair dye was optimized,and the optimized product was tested by bacterial reverse mutation test.Results:The results of bacterial reverse mutation assay of the test sample after the optimization of the formula were negative.Conclusion:The optimization of the formula is worthy of reference,which can reduce the positive rate of mutagenicity in the bacterial reverse mutation test of oxidative hair dye.
