摘 要:杀虫剂触杀毒力测定是《植物化学保护》课程的核心实验之一,线下开展具有一定的局限性。虚拟仿真实验不但减少了药剂及有机溶剂的使用,更加安全和环保,而且克服了线下实验中靶标昆虫用量大、不易获得的难题,大大节约了实验成本。通过虚拟仿真实验再现杀虫剂触杀毒力测定点滴法实验操作的全过程,学生在系统操作过程中能够真实的参与到实验中,平台自动记录学生的操作行为和评价实验结果,学生可以反复多次练习。最终通过线上线下相结合的教学模式达到增强实验教学效果的成效。The determination of pesticide contact toxicity is one of the core experiments of plant chemical protection course and there are certain limitations in the offline experiment. The virtual simulation experiment reduces the use of pesticides and organic solvents and makes the experiment safe and environmentally friendly. The virtual simulation experiment overcomes the difficulty that large amount of target insects are not easy to obtain in offline experiment and greatly saves the experiment cost. Through virtual simulation experiment, the whole process of pesticide toxicity to insect topical application method operation is reproduced.Students can actually participate in the experiment during the operation of the system. The platform automatically records the operation behavior of students and evaluates the experimental results. Students can practice repeatedly. Finally, the combination of online and offline teaching mode can enhance the effect of experimental teaching.
