摘　　要：二组分固液相图测量是物理化学实验教学中热力学部分的重要内容。传统教学方法原理是采用热分析法,通过分析步冷曲线获得不同Sn-Pb合金体系的相变温度。本研究介绍了热力学相图计算方法,针对Sn-Pb二元合金体系,选择FactSage 8.2 education软件,计算了Sn-Pb二元合金系的平衡相图,对比了亚共晶、共晶、过共晶典型成分下物相组成随温度的变化规律,分析了平衡凝固和非平衡凝固冷却条件对物相组成的影响。将热力学计算软件加入传统的实验教学中是新的尝试,有助于弥补传统实验方法的不足,也有助于巩固和扩展学生的理论知识和科研视野。Measurement of two-component solid-liquid phase diagram is an important part of thermodynamics in physical chemistry experimental teaching. The principle of traditional teaching method is based on thermal analysis method to obtain the phase transition temperature of different Sn-Pb alloy systems by analyzing the step cooling curve. In this study, the calculation method of thermodynamic phase diagram was introduced. For Sn-Pb binary alloy system, the equilibrium phase diagram of Sn-Pb binary alloy system was calculated by FactSage 8.2 education software. The change in the phase compositions with various temperatures was investigated for Sn-Pb alloys with typically hypoeutectic, eutectic and hypereutectic compositions. The influence of equilibrium solidification and non-equilibrium solidification cooling conditions on phase composition was also compared. It is a new attempt to add thermodynamic calculation software into traditional experimental teaching, which contributes to make up for the shortcomings of traditional experimental methods, and also helps to consolidate and improve theoretical knowledge and scientific research knowledge of students.
