摘 要:介绍了加水恒沸精馏技术提高天然气制乙二醇产品质量的研究与应用:通过在乙二醇精馏系统脱醇塔回流罐中加入脱盐水作为夹带剂,使1,2-丁二醇、醛类物质与水形成新的恒沸物,提高了1,2-丁二醇、醛类物质与乙二醇的相对挥发度,形成的恒沸物作为副产品从塔顶采出,从而减少脱醇塔塔底粗乙二醇中1,2-丁二醇、醛类等组份的含量,间接提高了产品塔侧采聚酯级乙二醇产品的质量。通过实际应用数据,分析得出:自脱醇塔回流罐加入脱盐水后,乙二醇产品塔侧采产品质量明显改善,220nm紫外透光率从78.18%左右提高至83.49%左右,250 nm紫外透光率从88.90%左右提高至93.72%左右,275 nm紫外透光率从89.90%左右提高至95.40%左右。This paper introduces the research and application of water adding azeotropic distillation technology to improve the quality of ethylene glycol products from natural gas:by adding desalted water as entrainer in the reflux tank of dealcoholization tower of ethylene glycol distillation system,1,2-butanediol,aldehydes and water form new azeotropes,improve the relative volatility of 1,2-butanediol,aldehydes and ethylene glycol,and the formed azeotropes are extracted from the tower top as by-products,So as to reduce the content of 1,2-butanediol,aldehydes and other components in the crude ethylene glycol at the bottom of the dealcoholization tower,and indirectly improve the quality of polyester grade ethylene glycol products at the side of the product tower.Through the analysis of practical application data,it is concluded that after adding demineralized water from the reflux tank of dealcoholization tower,the product quality of ethylene glycol product side extraction tower is significantly improved,the 220 nm UV transmittance is increased from about 78.18%to about 83.49%,the 250 nm UV transmittance is increased from about 88.90%to about 93.72%,and the 275 nm UV transmittance is increased from about 89.90%to about 95.40%.
