摘  要:通过对中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司1.5Mt/a连续重整装置能耗数据分析,研究分析装置各高能耗部位的运行情况,从提高重整加热炉效率、降低电耗、降低汽轮机中压蒸汽消耗、余热利用等方面提出节能改造措施。上述措施经过两次大修改造实施后,装置能耗大幅下降,经济效益显著。Through the analysis of energy consumption data of 1.5 Mt/a continuous reforming unit of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,This paper studies and analyzes the operation of the high energy consumption parts of the plant,and puts forward energy-saving reform measures in terms of improving the efficiency of the reforming furnace,reducing the power consumption,reducing the consumption of medium-pressure steam of the steam turbine and the utilization of waste heat.After the above-mentioned measures have been carried out twice,the energy consumption of the plant has been greatly reduced,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
