摘  要:悬浮床加氢工艺适用于加工处理重组分煤焦油,且处理量大、转化率高,在煤制油行业发展中越来越受重视。煤焦油组分中高含量的硫、氮、氯元素在加氢反应过程中形成氨气、氯化氢、硫化氢等腐蚀性物质,当反应流出物温度降低时物料中未反应的固体粉焦以及微米级的催化剂载体细煤粉充当铵盐结晶附着的载体,进而形成大量的晶体颗粒物并对设备管线产生相应的冲刷腐蚀,影响装置长周期运行。因此,本文以某悬浮床加氢装置空冷器铵盐腐蚀为分析对象,通过对影响铵盐结晶因素、铵盐积垢腐蚀原因等方面分析,提出有针对性的防腐措施,以减缓铵盐腐蚀,确保装置安全运行。The suspended bed hydrogenation process is suitable for processing heavy coal tar,with large processing capacity and high conversion rate,and has attracted more and more attention in the development of coal-to-liquids industry.The high content of sulfur,nitrogen and chlorine elements in coal tar components forms corrosive substances such as ammonia,hydrogen chloride and hydrogen sulfide during the hydrogenation reaction.The fine coal powder of the catalyst carrier acts as a carrier for ammonium salt crystals to adhere to,thereby forming a large number of crystal particles and causing corresponding erosion and corrosion of equipment pipelines,affecting the long-term operation of the device.Therefore,this paper takes the ammonium salt corrosion of the air cooler of a suspended bed hydrogenation unit as the analysis object,and proposes targeted anti-corrosion measures to slow down the ammonium salt corrosion by analyzing the factors affecting ammonium salt crystallization and the causes of ammonium salt fouling and corrosion,to ensure the safe operation of the device.
